Avoiding Sugar - Effective Tool for Sugar Addicts

Let's be honest. Many simply can't avoid using sugar in their coffee or tea. I have personally been very good at drinking coffee black, no milk no sugar. When I drank tea I always had to use a lot of sugar. My blood pressure was high at one point, and I ran an experiment where I drank tea at home - and only drank coffee when we had guests or when I was at work.

Back to September 2008 - and Even Lower

At some point everything slipped up, and I took a surge up across the 165 kg limit. This is over!

This morning I weighef in at 153,9 - and I won't stop this time. Stay tuned for the fight against fat. You should get the e-books I have recommended because it is actually a weight loss of 14,6 kg.
