Tuesday the weight was down from 157.9 to 154.1, and today the weight has gone further down. 153.3 is the morning result. So a further 800 grams accumulating up to a total weight loss WITHIN one week of 4.6 kilos.
It truly IS amazing to see the weight going in the right direction, and please feel free to make comments, ask questions etc. I want to focus on this blog on all aspects of good health, so your ideas are also welcome.
