I Can PROVE I Have Lost Weight Already...

Friday I updated you [in the article called: "Being Fit and Staying Healthy"], saying I started this blog with a weight of 157.9 kilos. Today, I jumped on the scales again, and saw that my weight is now down to 154.1

I even have a screendump from my camera to prove the 3.8 kilo weightloss.



So it IS possible to lose weight, and I want all of you to follow this blog so you CAN see that you CAN lose weight by following good and sound advice.

Just make sure that it is fat, you are losing, and not just weight, which might include muscles.
